“That Time I Found a Box” is a roguelike deckbuilder where cards have no cost and are blank slates for you to build, upgrade and modify as you like. Choose carefully when to play them and when / how to improve them.

The focus is deep strategic card building and deck building with very few moments of there being only one obvious play available, however keeping things simple to understand from moment to moment.

You open a mysterious box of magical cards that intertwines your fate with three powerful beings. The cards are blank slates that you must refine and use to gain the favor of the powerful beings, lest they come after you. Watch your back - your life may depend on it!
