Shatterswarm is a narrative-driven 2D space shooter that combines direct ship combat, fleet command, tower defense, and base building into a strategic colony survival experience. Command Captain Hope's hero ship as you defend Earth's last bastion, The Citadel, against the relentless Voxan Empire.

Take control of your hero ship in intense 2D space combat while simultaneously building and managing a fleet of ships, constructing defensive networks around your citadel, and managing resources to survive wave after wave of alien invaders. Every decision matters as you balance offensive capabilities with defensive structures, all while facing unique enemy types that require different strategies to defeat.

The game features a diverse roster of challenging enemies, each with distinct mechanics: parasites that hack into and take control of your own ships, motherships that spawn smaller vessels, deflectors that fire your projectiles back at you, and robotic enemies that latch onto your ships and tear them apart. Face off against epic multi-phase boss battles against Voxan commanders Gordox, Gudrak, and the dreaded General Mortex.
